Description
Create a notes page that up to 30 users can edit at the same time.

How Is It Different?
Using collaborative notes, all participants in a meeting can see the notes getting written line by line and can contribute their own thoughts. This is much more efficient than having one person take notes and emailing them to everyone else.
Quick Start Guide
Each live event on Qiqo automatically comes with a notes page in every breakout room. If you create 20 breakouts when editing your event, there are 20 notes pages ready without you having to do anything extra.
If you want to create a notebook with multiple notes pages, visit https://tools.qiqochat.com This option is useful in the following scenarios:
- when you are facilitating an in-person workshop that will have breakout rooms
- if you have a recurring weekly meeting and you want to keep links to the notes page for each meeting organized on a single page
Additionally, you can create a simple notes page by visiting https://notes.qiqochat.com and entering a name for your notes document. Copy the link and paste it anywhere on QiqoChat or even on other websites.
Optional Features
Using the buttons at the top-right of the notes page to download a copy of the notes, to turn on chat, or to see the entire edit history of the document.
Tips & Tricks
These notes pages are not private; they are available to anyone who has the link. The advantage is that no one will need to sign in.
The disadvantage is that you may want your notes to remain private. Fortunately there is a way to quickly and easily make copies of a Google Doc template, which you can then set as private. Go to https://tools.qiqochat.com and create a new notebook. When you open the notebook, look for the “Advanced” option.
